HR recruiter called and scheduled initial interview. Then ghosted the meeting and didn't answer mails and messages. He didn't even try to contact me or send an apology. No communication, no professionalism or follow up on potential candidates.

Question 1
The recruiter GHOSTED me and let me wait for 40 min on MS Teams. Ignored my messages and calls. After multiple calls the next week, he answer his phone and rescheduled the interview, which he changed twice again. Completely unprofessional!
