The process was simple and efficient. It included a writing test, followed by two interviews with senior management. The interviews were conversational, focussing on the role of the job, the team in which the job formed part and the requirements of the role.
The process was fairly straight forward. They were able to consolidate multiple interviews into one day. It made for a long day, but was nice to only commit one day to the process. An offer was made shortly after.

I had an initial phone screening with the deputy project manager, and one round of in-person with the project manager and deputy project manager, followed by a salary negotiation with the contracting officer before I recieved an offer.
