Phone screen with HR. Followed by phone screen with CSE, and if successful, an invitation to WWT in STL for full in-person technical interview with multiple engineers as well as meeting with sales and CSE management

Know your stuff. REPEAT, know your stuff! If you are a Cisco or Datacenter engineer be up to date on your basic and intermediate skills. Be able to think outside of the box and be able to think through a problem. If you don't know the answer to something say that you don't know and don't try to fake it because the person conducting the interview knows the answer. Be skillful in mapping technology to business requirements. Do have lots of experience in front of the customer and a full understanding of the sales cycle. Bring your A game and your most personable personality.

Unprofessional treatment of interview Candidate. Hiring Manager failed to join interview bridge twice, no notice from Company that manager would not join bridge. Company cancelled third time with short notice. Very Unprofessional company.

The interview process went smoothly - applied on LinkedIn. Initial phone screen with HR recruiter followed by phone screens with Systems Engineering Director and Manager. Additional phone screen / on-site with CSE peer and Account Manager.

Questions around past work experience. Describe a time when you solved a problem for a customer. Some situational type questions: How would you solve a certain problem. Very customer facing focused. Additional questions to determine if I'd be a good fit with the company culture.
