Interview
After the initial phone screening, I had to wait about 1 month for most of the team to be back in DC because they were all overseas. The interview went so-so; they didn't seem particularly crazy about me, but I heard from them 2 weeks later. I got the job offer but had to wait another month to start because my supervisor was overseas.
A week after submitting an application, I have taken the online exam (excel, word, formatting a letter in 2 hours). After another week, I took two rounds of interview at their office. The fist interview was with human resource and department, and the second (last) interview was with the representative.

Question 1
My previous experience, my motivation regarding why I'd like to work in development assistance and how far I know about the organization, whether I agree with their organization's mission as a non-christian, how long I'd like to work with them (although the position was a year contract, they seemed to look for a person who could engage longer), how I see myself after ten years, etc. It lasted about an hour each.
