Service sales and metrics and there was talk about precious salaries and leading a team along with merchandising skills there was a store walk and had a chance to meet team and layout was understood

Interview
First I had a phone interview with the local Store Manager. She said she was impressed with my skills and experience and would give my name and number to the Regional Manager. Next I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager which went well and she asked for a face to face interview at the Store where they were needing a GM. I then met the Regional at the Store and had a face to face. She said I was a good candidate and she wanted me to interview with the GM that was leaving and whose place the candidate would be taking. I met with the GM of that store next, whom was very distracted and not as personal or thorough in the interview; didn't seem to like answering any questions I had about the position, and her own questions were pretty general and basic. The entire process was about 3-1/2 weeks between all interviews.
