Applied online, got a phone interview from HR. Manager called me in for Group interview first, then called back for one on one. Asked behavioral interview questions which are open ended questions. You have to answer in detail by giving examples of previous work experiences.

Easy! Was professional, engaging, and made the experience comfortable. They asked insightful questions, actively listened, and provided clear insights about the role. I left feeling motivated and excited about the opportunity
The process started with a relaxed group interview conducted by two different managers. Typical interview questions were asked such as "What makes you qualified for this position?", "Why are you interested in Cost Plus?", etc. Follow-up individual interview with GM after the group interview and was offered the job on the spot. Managers made the process very comfortable and relaxed compared to other interviews.

My manager was really kind and personable. She showed me around the store and explained the job thoroughly after the initial introduction. It was the least nerve-wracking interview I've ever had.
