I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at World Food Programme (Rome) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview consisted in two steps. The first was a written text (1 hour long) and was divided in 2 parts: in the first part was asked to draft a contribution agreement between WFP and a State, the second part concerned a legal advice regarding a WFP officer

Question 1

Which are the essential clauses in a contribution agreement

Interview
First round was great, the panel of 4 people was super friendly and encouraging. I made it to the final round in which i was interviewed by the Senior Counsel alone. I thought it went well even though she was a bit standoffish but after the final interview I was ghosted. Not even an auto-generated rejection email to say they had filled the role. A year or so later, out of curiosity, I checked my application dashboard again just out of curiosity and my application still says "under review."
