After application, written test, then 5 interviews. Rather inefficient process for all concerned, with pitiful financial offer in the end. Technical staff were pleasant but HR was very unprofessional. My experience with HR was decidedly negative but this platform won't let me post this unless it is marked 'neutral'. For 'negative' experience, the post mysteriously fails to upload.
There was an online application, followed by invitation for a Video question pre round, and finally a virtual interview. Video question was actually watched by the interviewing team not automatically assessed with AI like other companies.

Pretty lengthy and confusing. In the process of the interviews, already felt the politics in the company. Feeling a waste of time by attending several rounds and answered repetitive questions
