Interview process lasted 35 days. (3/25/2019-4/29/2019)
1) Applied online
2) Four days later video interview with lead and recruiter lead
3) 45min interview with Recruiter lead and Lead gave 10 min for questions. I waited week to reach out directly to the lead individuals due to the lower level just kept giving the I'm waiting instead being proactive. Then sent email to coordinator with dates available to be proactive. Waited about five days for new date.
4) 2 weeks from last interview and then Panel video interview with stakeholders
5)2 weeks later notified didn't move on to not enough knowledge mgmt experience which was never asked about in any interview

-slow moving. Lead of talent sourcing emailed before second round that he was going on vacation for two weeks so I'd hear nothing till he gets back (red flag for micro mgmt and lack of empowerment)
-multiple interviewers said low growth potential
-some interviewers brash and combatative
