It was an okay experience, despite very many stages that one has to go through from online tests, video interviews, and an online interview with a panel. It takes some time to get feedback.

Smooth and fair. The interviewers were extremely technical in their approach, and asked questions to ensure I would be a good fit for the technical work at the WB. Overall, the process was very positive and I would recommend.
Process was smooth, it was composed of a first panel interview (personal and behavioural questions) followed by a writing test and a final interview with the director of the department
