I had two interviews, one by HR followed by panel interview, 1 month after submitting application. Both interview were via skype and panel interviewer connected two locations (Washington DC and Singapore)

Their question was not too technical, which shortlisted candidate should be able to answer, like how to secure the quality of the infrastructure etc
