The interview process involves an initial screening, a call with team members and finally, an in-person interview after completion of a project meant to demonstrate your skills. Pretty standard stuff. Unfortunately, the only area that stood out was how unprofessional their HR team was through this process. This included taking multiple days to respond to emails, taking more than a month to make a determination despite repeated requests for updates, providing no explanation or rationale for their determination (only a generic and likely AI-generated copy/pasted email that could have applied to any candidate) and then ignoring requests for further information.
If you are interviewing with them, be cautious. You can learn a lot about people and a company culture by the way they treat others, and their demands and lack of respect for others' time is a red flag that you will likely be seen as disposable whether you get an offer or not.
