      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workville in Oct 2021

      Interview

      I had been reached out to by a current Workville employee about my application for the Community Manager position. A time was set for a phone interview. He had called me on time but was out running errands while on the call and didn't ask me a single question. Instead, he had me ask questions for the entire duration of the call. This is never something I had ever experienced before in an interview. In between asking him questions baout the role, the company, the location, the job responsibilities I tried to incorporate my past experience and my future career goals. After the call he reached out about coming into the facility to meet with him and the CEO. On the morning of I recieved an email with the news they had to reschedule which is understandable. I had given him additional dates and times that I could do for another in-person interview. He had scheduled me for a time and date I said I was not available. After letting him know again that I could not do that time I heard no response back for an entire day. We rescheduled again to what he had seemed to plan for an in person interview. Only to receive an email two hours ahead of time that it would be a phone interview. At the time I was expecting a call I never received one. I waited around at home for up to an hour, with no call, no email, no update, no nothing. I emailed later that night to follow up and have since recieved no response. It seems this company does not have the proper HR staff for interviewing and onboarding new employees as this is clearly a brand new company. Completely wasted my time for two weeks.
