We had a phone interview before a face to face interview at their office. The phone interview was fairly cursory. The face to face interview was with multiple interviewers at the same time.

They asked things about group work abilities in terms of group roles and how to interact with other types of people on my teams, and why as a mechanical engineer I was interested in the civil field.

Interview
I had an interview on campus and then a follow up interview in their Atlanta office. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes and the office interview included a tour of the office.
