There was an initial assessment followed by a 20-minute recorded video interview with pre-set questions. I have worked as an independent contractor for several years with different clients through Working Solutions, and each client requires a separate application process. If you do not pass the assessment, there is no opportunity to retake it. I learned this months ago when I accidentally pressed the wrong key and submitted the assessment, and I later requested to retake it but was informed that retakes are not permitted. This would be the only aspect of the process I would change, as it does not allow for correcting accidental submissions.
