      Account Manager Interview

      16 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Workable

      Interview

Standard process for a role in tech. Pretty fast from initial contact, recruiter was meh. Salary expectations did not align for me so we did not move forward, nothing negative towards the company.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Athens, Athens, Attica
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Workable (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Apr 2024

      Interview

I applied and they asked me for a call immediately. Successfully, we had our first 30 mins call, the interviewer was literally in a rush, asking all the chat gpt first interview questions, on which I have prepared my chat gpt answers, so far zero interest in me as a person, as an individual, I felt like part of a mass talking with a robot. I passed the first introductive interview and then I was sent an assignemt which was so so dificult like I had applied for AI developer with 6 programming languages on Google, lol. I passed this too, and then the second interview comes, again, the role is for customer service, and I was asked the following question: How would you explain to your grandma what is Twitter? And I was like, inside me, what's going on, I am supposed to pick up phone calls for profile login issues, why should I go philosophical?

      Account Manager Interview

      12 Apr 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workable

      Interview

Applied online, got contacted via email by the recruiter and had initial video screening. Recruiter was very young and at one point said they didn't know any parents besides their own. I found this statement very strange and implied no one with children worked at this company. The recruiter struggled to answer my role specific questions and said these would be better questions for the hiring manager however I didn't even get a chance to chat with the hiring manager. I was not a fan of their interviewing style it felt very dated and antiquated which was bizarre since its a hiring, HR platform. "Give me a strength, give me a weakness". I understand that this is a common interview question but I personally feel like this is such a dated question especially for a company who is attempting to revolutionize the hiring process. Every response to me answering the questions were "awesome", "cool". I also felt too old for the company and I'm 31.

      Interview questions [4]

      Question 1

What is one thing you did at your last job that you could take into this role?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Give me your strengths and weaknesses?
      Answer question

      Question 3

What's a challenge you had to face?
      Answer question

      Question 4

Honestly if you think of any generic interview question you could be asked, thats what they will ask you in your interview.
