The interview is so fast, they tell you you are great for the job most of the time. But the main problem is the assessment. I think those types of assessments they do are irrelevant for the position, and don't mean this is your work style. So it doesn't feel human not to be considered good for the position because the assessment is more AI-revised than human-revised.
