Interview
Had a phone screening interview with HR that went well and was told I would hear back about scheduling an in person meeting with the manager the next day or the day after at the latest.
Never heard from them again despite a couple attempts to follow up. You can tell a lot about how a company values its employees by how they value their candidates. Promising a response then never responding, even to a follow up email is unprofessional and disrespectful.
By the way if you are applying for customer success it pays WELL below average for the area so I would save yourself the time and frustration and look at the many other tech companies in the area.
Was asked my salary requirements. I asked what the range for the job was and they said 42k. That is way lower than the Glassdoor estimate and not at all competitive in Boston.

Interview
Fairly quick, standard phone screens and in person with range from management to associate level asking questions. Recruiting was very friendly and although the panel in person interview comes across as intimidating, the environment wasn’t stuffy so it helped in making me feel comfortable.
