Very casual. Meeting with program director, followed by one with General Manager. Two interviews were about two weeks apart. Did not have interview panel. Interview with General Manager was mainly learning more about the company, its history and future direction. Meeting with program director was more traditional Q & A style interview.

Interview by committee including accounting, operations, human resources. Each member of the panel ask an assigned question. The questions were related to behavior, ie, think of an example of how you handle "X" situation.
