Very informational and relaxed. There was no pressure and were no typical interview questions. It was more about the opportunity and how it fit what I was hoping to find.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at WoodmenLife (Paducah, KY) in May 2019

I interviewed at WoodmenLife (Tallahassee, FL) in Sept 2017
Interview
Sit down chit chat for a few minutes to get an idea of the company and what not. Then you take a packet home of about a dozen pages. It takes about an hour and a half to complete. Then you need to come up with 100+ leads and write them down with their contact information and include with your packet. Supposed to receive a call after that. Never heard another word.
