Interview
The interview was okay but they did not tell me the job was part time or that it was at night. The just lead me to believe it was a full time job. They also didnt tell me that there was no room for advance. That it was permanently lower level. They didnt disclose the reality of the position, no bonuses, no compensation, none of the benefits the other employees got and absolutely no extra hours.

Interview
Applied online and took 2 weeks for me to get a call to set up an interview. Arrived at location and it was a very personal interview with a lot of company background. There really isn't an office to interview in so they take you to one of the vacant rooms.
