A very detailed test with different categories such as critical thinking, language, and some math. Some questions are difficult, and worded confusingly. Then you take quizzes on how to complete the job after reading literature on that. Once you pass they send you 3 practice jobs to do. It's an extensive process.

I am currently still in the on boarding process I believe. To be honest it starts off pretty vague, but overall I'm excited and think this will be a good opportunity.

Had to answer a few basic questions, entire interview was conducted online, aptitude and skills tests were given as well as tests for critical thinking, problem solving, reading comprehension and grammar.
