Womens Wear Daily interview questions

The interview process was fairly simple. The interview was standard — get to know each other, overview of the position etc. I was then given an edit test with questions that took a deep dive on my fashion knowledge.

I answered an ad on the Indeed website and was contacted within a week. After 2 phone interviews, I met briefly with the Managing Editor and then again with the Editor in Chief. I was surprised I progressed in the process as the ME did most of the talking in the first in-person interview. I was barely able to say much about myself. The same thing happened with the EIC. They mostly talked about the publication. I wasn't asked very much about myself.
