I applied online. I interviewed at Women Employed in May 2020
Interview
I applied and then was asked to email top 5 talents that I demonstrate in the workplace as well as identify what motivates me in the workplace. After this, I was invited to do a 30 minute phone interview.
I was emailed to set up a phone interview before moving on to the next phase. It wasn't my best interview and I didn't hear back.
A lot of it was based on skills as well as passion for the mission. Be sure to study the website a lot!

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Women Employed
Interview
Applied via email. Was so pumped for the interview. There was a time difference, so I made sure to confirm the time in Central time. They called me an hour early and made me feel so dumb. I was ready for an interview at 12– they called at 11am and told me I got it wrong. Even confirmed with email receipts. I was stressed out and can’t even remember what they asked. I never heard back, even after following up, and was truly just so disappointed with the entire process. Seemed like a great company, but was disappointed in their organization in the hiring process.
