      Applied from job posting in LinkedIn via company website. Initial screening round with recruiter, and after that, I was supposed to get an email about the next steps. Since they did not get back, I emailed to enquire and got to know that the hiring manager needs someone who has direct experience with CRO as they can not train from scratch. Now consider this - 1. You selected the resume considering the experience of CRO. Hence, you called the candidate 2. How can you say I have no direct experience when I explicitly explained during the call and on my resume about my role and experience. 3. This clearly highlights how vaguely processes have become these days. 4. If you don't want to provide proper feedback for not selecting, it's a different thing, but degrading someone's experience when someone has provided with all the needed information is unprofessional and shows how inefficiently you go through a profile. 5. You have the option to check resume, linkedin as well as in call if the person has explained everything. Rejection is a part of life that every candidate understands even myself, but that also means whoever is providing feedback be specific on things that the person lacks and is important for the position. Not disregard someone's work experience overall stating it doesn't exist. Then your process lacks selection ability on the first place. Not good experience, but it was actually great learning about such companies and people working there.
