Interview
A series of first phone screen then one on one interviews eventually including a panel interview. Took several months to accomplish in order to get a mix of business and technology people to meet with me.
Called me on the phone to set up a phone interview for later that day, the called a few hours later for the actual phone interview. Was more along the lines of an interrogation than a conversation

Interview
Very long (6 hours) interview - seemed excessive in length for non exec position. everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Scheduling occurred very quickly - didn't allow much prep time.
