To prepare some written material based on a scenario they presented
It's 3 rounds of zoom calls (it's a remote company) with different really friendly people. Pretty standard. They took a while to make a decision but I think that's because the company culture is top priority and they are very thoughtful about who to bring in to such a tight-knit team.
