Interview
The interview is well-planned and organized. The interviewers are prepared and have good divisions. No need to answer duplicate questions. No irrelevant discussion happened during the session. In general, it is a good experience.
It's a position of server team. There is one manger you interview. She will ask you to introduce yourself and some questions. If you did not have any server experience, they will give you some chance to try.

Interview
The first was phone interview with HR around a half haur. Then received onsite interview invitation after couple days.
The process for initial face to face interview was english test and logical test then interviewed with HR and depart. Manager around one and half haurs.
