There were 2 rounds. Round 1: Live coding round where they asked to write 4 codes based on mostly HashMap.
1. Move zeros at end
2. Subarray with target sum
3. Sudoku game
4. Subarray with sum 0
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wissen (Bengaluru) in Oct 2023
Interview
Got the call from recruiter & got the online test invite where I was asked to do the live coding with one person monitoring me.
Then got the interview with their consultant(who is also looking for the job in market)
Questions were very basic from core Java & Database.
Unprofessional behavior- Video call is scheduled & HR asked me to share my video & I shared & she took the pic & I also asked to share her video & she refused saying that she is HR & panel will be sharing his video. Anyhow I agreed but when panel joined then he asked me to share my video but refused to share his video & I also refused & he didn't like it.
In big companies, people at least follow the ethics of video call but people in Wissen like companies are still struggling for such basic things.
I observed such attitude with its other interviewers & this shows that its people are not professional & they even claim that being an interviewer they are above you. So why to waste time with such unprofessional people. Just observe, its HR people are also not professional, looking for yes sir/ma'am kind of candidates only.
