Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, inc. interview questions

Interview was over the phone and friendly. It took around half an hour to conduct the whole interview. It was largely a questions and answers format and was overall a pleasant experience where I was able to share what interested me about the firm and what I wanted to get out of the position I was interviewing for.

Straightforward interview process. First interviews were over the phone, followed by an in-person interview with senior team members at the office, which provided the opportunity to meet other staff members besides the leadership team.
