Multiple interviews throughout a few weeks. Each with 1-2 interviewers. After the first round had to present an assessment with enough time to deliver. Process was transparent and moved quickly without being overwhelmingly fast.

Applied online, was invited to an intro chat the day after. Was invited to a task, did the task (bear in mind was to take up 4 hours of your time). Little to zero communication afterwards. Days later when I asked if there are any news, I was moved forward to the next stage. The interview itself was very disappointing. The individuals I met seemed uninterested and totally not as Wise presents itself as a brand with a strong people culture. I had a strong feeling that the interviewer didn't particularly liked me either. The questions were ticked of from a list, no flowing conversation or follow up. After the interview, nothing for a week until I found the job back live again online. As an employer who is branding themselves to be people first you should at least have the decency to tell people if they didn't move to the next stage and not make them find out by accident online! Very disappointed in the whole process and Wise as a company. None of the individuals I met actually embodied Wise's culture....
