Extremely well-organized interview process - hinted at what kind of questions to prepare for as well as what they expect in interviews; asked mostly situational questions but not much covered on actual technical skills needed for the role

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Singapore) in Sept 2025
Interview
It was a 1hr 30mins interview, fully prepare yourself to be asked on payment operations, as well as general questions. There would only be 1 break in between the questioning. Do not expect to be hired and also to have an answer to why you were not chosen.
Process took 1 month and there was no reply from the HR team when ask what is the outcome of the interview, only receive an automated response after 2 weeks later
Take home test -> 2 rounds of interviews
Take home test was pretty simple, after that I was offered an interview within a week. They mentioned the second round of interviews would take place in the same week, but I failed to progress past the first interview stage.
