I applied online. I interviewed at Wise in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was 4-fold. 1.) Initial screening with a recruiter. 2.) 60 minute technical interview with two members of staff. 3.) An extensive take-home task with 3 scenarios. 4.) If successful after stage 3, there would be 1 more interview. (I did not get beyond stage 3 so have no visibility on this). After completing the task, I did not receive any feedback. I had to chase the recruiter multiple times for updates on my application despite communicating to him that I had received an offer but still wanted to consider Wise. All I got was an automated no-reply email saying that my application wouldn't be progressing. I queried this with the recruiter asking why candidates would be sent automated rejections this late in the recruitment process. The interview process is very thorough, so for candidates to be receiving automated rejections and no feedback after 2 interviews and an intensive task is disgusting.
