Was told by the recruiter that it would be a 3 step interview process. This got extended to 6 interviews when I was expecting a decision. After completing the 6 interviews, the company ghosted me, only to update me a couple of months later that I hadn't got the job, without any feedback. I will not be interviewing again with this company for any position.
