The General Manager will act like this great guy and tell you how inoperative their company is and how great it is, when in reality the plant runs at 40% and they have lost 80% of their sales staff over the last year. He will then sign and send over a written offer welcoming you to the company. You then need to drive at least two hours to go have an "evaluation". consisting of around 500 questions on personality, asking if you hung out with science majors or art majors in college. You then take three aptitude tests consisting off word and math problems that you can't finish (they will even tell you that). So then after not being compensated for your time, you have to follow up multiple times to get an email stating they down need to hire anyone currently. Talked with current and former employees who say the General Manager doesn't care about employees and is a slimy unethical unprofessional person. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS FLEDGLING COMPANY
