Thoroughly unimpressed with the interview process. Took nearly two months from their team acknowledging my submission to offering a first round interview. After the interview, I never heard back. Totally unnacceptable and unprofessional to not properly close out the interview process with even a simple generic HR letter.

First interview was over the phone with the person I would be reporting to. Very nice hour long conversation that left me interested and eager for the role. Second interview was via zoom with other members of the team.
