Contacted by phone and face-to-face interview was presented by a panel of 5 people. After the phone and panel interview, I was contacted by the head of the department and offered a job. I accepted and then waited for human resources to complete the background check and paperwork.

Group interview of about 5 people. They took turns asking questions relating to skill, experience, background. Some questions were scenario related. As you answer questions, they write down notes on a piece of paper. If interview goes well you may be called for second interview with the President. This interview is one on one.
