I selected as a Fresher. The first round is Written test after clearing first round there is a Technical Interview and after clearing Technical Round then there is a HR discussion

Interview
Was called to come in for an interview. Interviewed individually by HR, Department Head, and senior consultant. Interview itself was very simple - standard questions were asked nothing too technical. However, I was required to take a test afterward. Technical test consisted of, in my view, very basic questions about the position.
