I would like to share my experience from the hiring process, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I was called for the Saturday drive on 15th November 2025, with a reporting time of 9:00 AM at the Kharadi location. Unfortunately, the process was completely unorganized. There was no readiness from the interview team, and along with other candidates, I was made to wait from 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM without any communication. The interview finally started around 12:40 PM and lasted for approximately 1.5 hours. I was then asked to leave with the assurance that results would be communicated later.
After nearly two weeks, I was contacted to submit documents, which I promptly shared—however, there was no response. A week later, I was informed that a client interview was required. Despite sharing my availability, the interview was rescheduled twice, and only on the third attempt did it finally take place.
I successfully cleared the client round, and two days later, the HR discussion was conducted. During this round, I was informed that there was no budget available for the role and position. I was told they would try to match my existing offer, which I declined initially. Eventually, they agreed and requested all documents once again.
It has now been more than a week, and there has been no further communication. Multiple follow-ups have resulted in no response, leaving the process in a state of complete uncertainty.
Being ghosted after clearing multiple rounds, submitting documents multiple times, and investing significant time and effort is not acceptable—especially from a reputed IT organization. This experience has fallen far below the professional standards one would expect and has been extremely discouraging.
