Long and pointless. They make you take a test that has nothing to do with the actual job role. I don't know why there is a 30 word minimum to describe a interview process, some interviews takes less than 10 minutes if the employer knows what they're looking for. Glassdoor needs to loosen up.

Interview
The interview process was structured and professional, involving initial HR screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds that assessed both skills and cultural fit, with prompt communication at each stage.
Interviewed by three network engineers(Technical interview), asking questions about routing and switching. The questions were easy, they asked about SD-WAN and network knowledge on Branch offices. Also nat 0, and ASA Firewalls
Interview process was smooth and the interviewer asked so many questions about the networking related and as well as routing protocols. We required to know everything about the computer network and telecommunications basics.
