Those who have 75% career they don't have to appear the aptitude test, just only one technical MCQ test. Those have less than 75% career they have to appear a aptitude test, in which there are 4 sections ie: English, Aptitude, Reasoning, Technical. After completing either test there comes another section that is Essay. They check your writing skill and Grammar skills. Then Qualified candidates go for Technical Interview which is an elimination round. Those who qualified from technical interview go for HR type Interview.
