Question 1
Lots of repeating questions about my marketing experience and experience working with partners.
It was a fairly straightforward interview, asking basic questions, and then there was a more technical one. Overall, a good interview experience and nothing to complain about. Be prepared to get asked questions based on your experience and be able to elaborate.
Disrespectful candidate experience that does not match their "people first" culture
I went through a lengthy multi round interview process for a Sales Analyst role. Throughout the process I was repeatedly told I was "highly considered" with "positive feedback from the team." Despite this, weeks passed after the final interview with no update, no transparency, and no respect for my time. After nearly three weeks of silence and false hope, I received a cold, generic template rejection with zero personalized feedback. For a company that publicly promotes a people first culture, this experience was deeply disappointing and disrespectful of candidates' time and emotions.
Advice to Wipfli
If you truly value people, start with how you treat candidates. Be honest about timelines, communicate clearly, and have the courage to send a timely rejection instead of stringing people along for weeks. Your candidate experience does not reflect your stated values.
