HR contact first by phone to chat about 30 minutes, after that, Hiring Manager interview by team about 30 minutes, finally On-Site in person in interview about 2 hours, HR email the decision about two weeks later that you are not selected since 1st one offered accept the position.
Terrible. Applied online and weeks later HR emails me to setup a screening. I reply and get completely ghosted even after sending multiple emails to follow up. Bad experience and do not recommend to apply to Wintrust.
It was straight forward and easy. Questions were relevant to the experience level and the position. Comfortable and professionally executed. Management knew what to ask and did not waste any time
