10 Minuten Präsentation über ein fachlich relevantes Thema (meistens die Masterarbeit) Danach 5 Einzelgespräche mit fachlichen und persönlichen Fragen. Hier wird sehr auf die passende Persönlichkeit geachtet. Mir kam es so vor, dass hier extrovertierte Schaumschläger mehr Erfolg haben, als introvertierte Talente, die zwar intelligenter aber zurückhaltender ist.

Two step process. First interview was online with HR and program manager. Second one was at headquarter in Hamburg. The second one was more difficult with individual ad group interview rounds.
