Wintellect Programming interview questions

Talked on the phone. Met with them in person. They were looking for something very specific that I didn't have. I felt like I was unfairly evaluated. They gave me feedback about the interview but I felt like the feedback didn't coorepsond with what I had experienced. Seemed like nice folks though. If you are what they are looking for, i think it would have been a good job experience.
