Initial HR screening where you record answers to 4-5 questions in a video interview. If I remember correctly, you could practice before recording the answer, but there were no retakes.

Interview
It was for a role at Winona's sister company called Willow. A recruiter from Winona reached out with the job details and requested to record a one-way interview. That happened in early July, followed by a quick chat with a recruiter from Willow. They set up a call to meet with the COO (Connor) a week after and the call went nice. I followed up with them 4 times after that. Only once did the recruiter get back to me saying "We're still in the process of finishing a few interviews but just to let you know, the feedback so far has been very positive". It's been over 3 weeks since I heard that and I reached out twice since and heard nothing. Totally let down in the process and of the "great things" they spoke of during the process. Ghosting seems to be the norm and it's better to not invest time in such experiences with organizations, especially for contractor roles as they don't seem to hire full-time. No benefits or such. Overall, a red flag experience. I advise people to try out other organizations if you want to avoid getting ghosted.
