I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Winjit Technologies (Pune) in Oct 2025
Interview
I had four technical interview rounds, two with the Indian team and two with the manager and lead from the Germany team. The interview panel was friendly and professional. They asked questions that matched the job description well, and overall, it was a good experience.
Because of the Diwali holidays, the interview process took more than a month to complete. After all the rounds, I was selected for the position.
Later, the HR team contacted me by phone for the final discussion. They did not clearly explain the company’s benefits. They mentioned things like insurance, leave policy, and accommodation support if I visit the Nasik office.
The HR team didn’t seem very cooperative. When I asked about the company’s benefits, they only mentioned insurance, leave, and provident fund, which are common in most companies. I was hoping they would share something special or different that makes their company stand out.
They offered me a 25% salary hike based on my current salary. I asked for a 35% hike, but they said they didn’t have the budget. They also wanted me to join quickly and didn’t offer any joining bonus.
I feel the HR team was not very professional. Even after completing four rounds of interviews, they didn’t send me a formal email to confirm my selection. I spent a lot of time in the process, and I think I deserved at least one email saying I was selected. I wasn’t asking for salary details — just a basic confirmation would have been enough.
