Detailed process done online. They use Craigslist and ask you to submit your resume. Emails are exchanged and the recruter askes many questions to get a detailed profile. Going on to skype and doing an interview is the next step which is normal for a sales job. After that they review the information and get back in a few days witht the decision.

Interview
Send in resume, and HR will contact you for an interview. Once she establishes that you fit the qualifications for the department she is interviewing for, she will set up another interview for the manger of that department. At that time, the manager will decide weather to hire or not.

It was a very easy interview, its a pretty down to earth company and if they like you and feel you will come in everyday, be on time and you are trainable, they will hire you.
