Thorough and Time Consuming Interview Process. I went through approximately 5-6 stages during the interview process, twice: Pre-Interview Questionnaire which included a Personal History Sheet, Assessment Consent Form, a Self Evaluation, a Phone Interview, Virtual Video Interview with Recruiter and Hiring Manager, another Virtual Video Assessment with a Doctor(?), a 20-30 minute Timed Project requiring thorough thought processes and problem solving to a hypothetical situation/scenario, and lastly, a final stage interview with the Senior Vice President. The whole process, I kid you not, took two months from start to finish. Although exhausted and time consuming, I felt confident and excited each step of the way. I thought for sure I was gonna get the position (or so I thought). Almost three months to the day when I applied (I applied twice for two separate opportunities),and after all the connections and relationships I worked so hard to build along the way I receive an auto-sent email from the TAT stating they've "gone in another direction." I felt devastated. I sent another follow-up email asking for feedback and what I could have possibly done better and, what were they looking for that I could not provide? The answer: They went internal, twice. Heartbreak. Almost two years have gone by and I still think about it. How difficult the process was only to be beaten by a decision out of my control. I wish the whole process was better.
