Check in at customer service, they direct you upstairs to the offices there where they give you an application to fill out and the interview starts in 5 minutes. You sit at a big table with 1 hiring associate. I gave them my application and resume and we chatted.

Question 1
Describe a time when you have dealt with poor customer service
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Winco Powerline Services in Oct 2013
Interview
Applied online. Received a call a week from that date asking for an interview the next day. Interview was 1 on 1 with the general manager. Interview was pretty straight forward. Tell me a little about yourself, top three qualities you have, what you look for in your boss, were few of the questions he asked. Even after knowing what he was going to ask I was still extremely nervous! But this site definitely is a great tool to use in preparing!

Question 1
How does your last position prepare you for this position (Not sure how exactly he put it) It through me off a little because my last position was clinical hours as a pharmacy tech and this is a cashiers position I applied for. Customer Service was a definite link between the two.
